31 Hang Cleans 95/65, 75/55, 55/35
100 meter run each athlete (1 partner runs, tags, then 2nd partner runs)
Then max rep Plate situps 25/15 in the teaming time of each 5 min round *Break up reps however.
*1 partner working at a time.
