Line drills

Strength (15 mins)
Bench press
Find a heavy 3 rep max

Metcon
5 rounds for time
You must get 40 reps/calories each round.

The first minute of each round is max calories (damper set to 8).
What ever is left of the 40 reps/calories is how many power snatches you must complete before starting the next round.

For example, on round 1, if you row 15 calories in the minute, you then have to do 25 power snatches to finish that round. As soon as you are done, you immediately start round 2
