HSPUs
If good form is shown, work towards max deficit pushups. Start adding plates to create more deficit.

Metcon
10 weighted strict pushups 45/25, 35/15, 0/0 (but still strict)
10 pull-ups
thrusters, max set 135/95, 95/65, 75/55 (once you drop the bar, the round is over)

Repeat the round until you have completed 100 reps of the thruster.
