Group Warm up
line Drills

Strength/skill
Every minute, for 8 minutes:
Snatch Balance x 1 rep
Increase weight each minute if possible

Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
High Hang Snatch x 1 rep @ 55-65%
Followed by…

From 5 feet out. Hand stand walk to the wall
Then complete 5 Hand stand pushups. Beginners do 20 Hand Stand Marches


On the last hand stand, hold for 30 seconds

5 Hang Power Cleans
5 Front Squats
25 double unders
