Partner Friday


Strength
15 minutes

Strict Press/Push Press/Jerk
1+1+1 then increase weight.
Once you fail on 1 part of the movement, record that weight for that movement, but keep going on the other movement.

Example: if you fail at 100lbs for the strict press, then you do the push press and jerk. Then add weight and only start with the push press and push jerk.

Partner WOD (20 min cap)
Part 1
Partner A does 30 double under
Partner B holds deadlift 95/65
Then they switch
Partner B does 30 double unders
Partner A holds deadlift
Then 50 Hang Power Snatches 95/65

Part 2

Partner A does 30 double under
Partner B holds Hand stand
Then they switch
Partner B does 30 double unders
Partner A holds hand stand
Then 50 Toes to bar

Part 3

Partner A does 30 double under
Partner B holds deadlift 155/105
Then they switch
Partner B does 30 double unders
Partner A holds deadlift
Then 50 power Cleans 155/105
