1 Empty bar OH squat

Strength
BACK SQUAT
Build up sets:
EMOM for 4:00
3 Back squats
*Increasing in load each set.

Then…
 in 10 mins find a heavy set of 4 Back squats

3 SDHP (105/75,95/65, 75/55)
4 Hang Cleans
3 Push Presses
4 Back Squats

Then... Straight into...
2 rounds of
28 Wall Balls
84 Meter Run with Med ball (to the red rail and back)
