Skill
Level 1 - Handstand practice. Try to get up on the wall and hold for a cumulative 2 mins
Level 2 - on the wall, cumulative 40 shoulder taps
Level 3 - HS walks. Build up to 36 feet.

Metcon (super grace & skinny DT)
100 double unders
30 ground to OH 135/95, 115/80, 95/65
100 double unders

Rest....

Then
At the 12 min mark:
5 rounds
12 deadlifts (same weight as above)
9 Hang power cleans
6 push jerks
