1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch + 1 OHS (5x1)

Every 1:30 for 7:30 minutes

*try to increase weight each round

Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)

15 min Amrap
1 Wall Balls (20/14)
1 pullup
2 double unders
2 wall balls
2 pull ups
4 double unders
* and so on increasing 1 rep of wall balls and 1 pullup each round. Increasing 2 double unders each round.
