Thursday - 12 Days of Christmas



12 days of Christmas
Since many of you are gone next week, we wanted to hit the 12 days of Christmas WOD today.

12 Days of CrossFit" - done like the song:

On the first day of CrossFit, my awesome coach gave to me, 1- Really heavy power clean
On the 2nd day of CrossFit my awesome coach gave to me, 2 Candle Stick Get ups and a really heavy power clean
On the 3rd day of CrossFit my awesome coach gave to me, 3 Pull ups, 2 Candle Stick Get ups and 1 Really heavy power clean... etc.

For time:
1 Really heavy power clean 185/135
2 Candle Stick Get ups
3 pull ups
4 deadlifts 185/135
5 Dips on the Rings
6 Wall Balls
7 kb swings 52/35
8 single arm kb/db presses
9 squats
10 renegade rows
11 pushups
12 Hollow rocks
