Strength
5 Sets of the following complex
1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Clean (full squat) + 1 Front Squat + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk 
*Start at 50% of Max Clean and Jerk
*work to a heavy complex for the day (preferably no misses)
*rest 90 sec between sets

80m Sled Pull (90/45) 
5 Burpees
10 Squat Cleans 135/95, 95/65, 75/55
15 KB Swings (50/35, 39/26, 35/20)

20 walking Lunges
