-400 meter double KB farmer's carry 2x53/2x35 (switch as often as needed - 5 burpees if the kbs are dropped - Burpees can be done once you come back in)
-50 Tire hits (25 each)
-30 axle bar deadlifts 4x45s/4x25s (trade off as needed)
