Part 1 "The Breakup"
Increasing Rep EMOM (10 min Cap)
Each partner completes the following at the same time...
Min 1 - 1 Push Press, 1 burpee
Min 2 - 2 push Press, 2 burpees
And so on.
Push press - 135/95, 105/70, 95/65
*As soon as with athlete can't finish a round, the WOD is over
*The score is the score of the partner that could not continue
5 min rest
Part 2
"The Make-up"
6 rounds - partners will alternate each round
7 Hang Cleans 135/95, 105/70, 95/65
10 pullups
200 meter run.
*1 partner completes a round while the other rests
Final score is the time of part 2 minus the time from part 1.
For example: if part 2 takes you 15 minutes and you finished all 10 rounds from part 1, your final time would be 5 minutes.
