WOD: "Running with Annie"
150 double unders (450 singles)
150 Situps
*200 meter run at the beginning of the WOD, then every 4 minutes after
-reps can not be partitioned - all double unders must be completed before starting situps
- Beginners will only run 100 meters every 4 minutes
- There is a 16 minute Cap
