Fit Tuesday

Many of us are preparing for the Lenten Season. This is a period of penance and prayer. A time to reflect on our faith and our journey.
For many, this journey includes a unity of mind, spirit, and body. 
It is a very true belief that what the mind and spirit do, the body will follow. That equation can also be changed around to "what the body does, the mind and spirit will follow"

Therefore, I say that if you stay dedicated to your fitness goals, you will in turn feel more confident to change your mind and spirit.

Stay focused and you will make the changes you are looking for.

As for today, "Fat Tuesday" (mardi Gras) is a day to indulge in things that tend to slow us down spiritually and physically. For many it is bad food, bad drinks, bad habits.

So we will hit the WOD hard today to prepare for this Fun day.

Try to increase weight each set. Record your heaviest weight of the 4 sets

-50 Double unders Rx, level 2- 30 dubs or 90 singles, level 1-15 dubs or 45 singles
-10 deadlifts 155/105, 115/80, 95/65
-10 wall balls 20/14-10ft/9ft, 14/10-10ft/9ft, 14/10-9ft/8ft
-30 mountain climbers
